Instructions
  1. Clean and dry the surface Remove dirt, oils and loose debris. Make sure the damaged area is completely dry before continuing.
  2. Prepare the damaged area Gently sand the area with suitable low-grit sandpaper to remove loose edges and improve adhesion.
  3. Remove remaining residue Wipe away sanding dust and prepare the surface with a suitable leather preparation product. Test first in a hidden area.
  4. Apply a thin coat Use a small spatula or applicator to press a thin layer of filler into the damaged section.
  5. Allow it to dry Let the layer dry completely. For deeper damage, repeat using several thin coats rather than one thick application.
  6. Sand between coats Lightly sand each dry layer before applying the next coat. Continue until the damaged area has been filled.
  7. Smooth and recolor Lightly sand the final dry layer until smooth, remove all dust and apply a compatible leather paint. Avoid bending or flexing the repaired area for at least 48 hours after painting.
